Return and Refund Policy

At Aussie Custom Stickers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or seek a refund for your order. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. No Refund Policy

We operate a no refund policy unless the fault lies with us. Refunds or replacements will only be provided under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Printing: If the stickers are printed incorrectly compared to the approved design proof.

• Unpeelable Stickers: If the stickers are not peelable or defective in their adhesive properties.

2. Design Dissatisfaction

• Design Fee: The $99 design fee is generally non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the design after multiple revisions, you may request a partial refund of the design fee. The exact amount refunded will be determined based on the amount of work completed by the designer.

• Design Approval: We will work with you until you are satisfied with the design. Once the design is approved and the full payment (including the design fee, production fee, and shipping fee) is made, the order will proceed to production. No refunds will be provided after production has started.

3. Order Cancellation

• Before Production: Customers can cancel their orders if they are not yet in production. It is up to Aussie Custom Stickers to determine if an order is in production. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your refund.

• After Production: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Notification of Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photographs of the problem to help us assess the issue.

5. Process for Returns and Refunds

• Assessment: Our team will assess the issue based on the information provided.

• Resolution: If the issue is deemed to be our fault, we will offer a replacement order or a refund. The resolution will be communicated to you within 7 business days of the assessment.

6. Shipping Costs

• Refunded Orders: If a refund is provided due to our fault, we will also refund the shipping costs associated with the order.

• Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that are cancelled or returned for reasons other than our fault.

7. Final Sale Items

Items that are marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
