Welcome to Aussie Custom Stickers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.aussiecustomstickers.com.au and our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our website.
1. Definitions
• “Company” refers to Aussie Custom Stickers.

2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions.
3. Orders and Payments
• Order Process: To place an order, select the desired product, customise it, and proceed to checkout.
• Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
• Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders if they are not yet in production. It is up to the company to determine if an order is in production.
4. Custom Orders and Quotes
For custom orders, please use our “Get Quote” section to submit your inquiry. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and provide a detailed quote. Custom orders will commence production upon receipt of payment.
5. Design Services
• Custom Design: Our designer can be hired for $99 to create or vectorize designs.
• Design Approval: After paying the $99 designer fee, we will start working on the design. We will work with you until you are satisfied with the design. However, the entire order, including the design fee, production fee, and shipping fee, must be paid in full before proceeding to production.
• Design Dissatisfaction: If, after multiple revisions, you are not satisfied with the design, you may request a partial refund of the design fee. The exact amount refunded will be determined based on the amount of work completed by the designer. Please note that the design fee is generally non-refundable, but we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will handle each case individually to reach a fair resolution.
6. Pricing and Discounts
• Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
• Discounts: Only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined.
7. Shipping and Delivery
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100
• Free Express Shipping: Orders over $150
• Domestic Shipping Only: We do not offer international shipping.
• Carrier: We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
• Delivery Times: We strive to deliver all orders within one week, depending on the size of the order.
8. Returns and Refunds
• No Refund Policy: We operate a no refund policy unless the fault lies with us, such as incorrect printing, or unpeelable stickers.
• Notification: Customers will be notified before printing if their file does not meet quality standards.
• Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, we will offer either a replacement order or a refund.
9. Account Creation and Benefits
• Account Creation: Customers can create an account to save order history and addresses.
• First Order Discount: Account holders receive 10% off their first order.
10. Intellectual Property
All media content on Aussie Custom Stickers, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Aussie Custom Stickers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any content without our permission will result in copyright claims or legal actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aussie Custom Stickers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, we will first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, we agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to litigation or arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
