1. Shipping Options and Costs
• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.
• Free Express Shipping: We offer free express shipping for orders over $150 within Australia.
• Standard Shipping for Orders Under $100: Standard shipping rates will apply for orders under $100 and will be calculated at checkout.
• Express Shipping for Orders Under $150: Express shipping rates will apply for orders under $150 and will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your distance from Melbourne.
• Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your distance from Melbourne.
• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after production. Custom orders may take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Shipping Restrictions
• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
• PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes within Australia.
4. Shipping Carriers
• We use Australia Post (AUS Post) for all our shipping needs. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Address Accuracy
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with AUS Post to locate your package or arrange for a replacement order if necessary.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide detailed information and photographs of the damage to help us assess the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
7. Order Tracking
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package on the AUS Post website.
8. Delays
• While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by such factors.
9. Carrier Responsibility
• Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, we do not have any authority over the shipment. The delivery time and condition of the package are dependent on the carrier. We will provide tracking information to help you monitor your order.
