Q: What if I can’t find what I want on your website?

A: If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, please use our “Get Quote” section to submit your request. We offer custom orders and can work with you to create the perfect sticker to meet your needs. 


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order if it has not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order.

Q: What types of stickers do you offer?

A: We offer a wide range of stickers including custom designs, weatherproof stickers, and various sizes and shapes to suit your needs.

Q: Are your stickers weatherproof?

A: Yes, our stickers are designed to be durable and weatherproof, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

A: Yes, we offer sample stickers so you can check the quality before placing a larger order. Please contact us for more details.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 and free express shipping for orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We operate a no refund policy unless the fault lies with us, such as incorrect printing, uneven cuts, or unpeelable stickers. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed information and photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Design Services

Q: How does the design service work?

A: Our designer can be hired for $99 to create or vectorize designs. After paying the design fee, we will work with you until you are satisfied with the design. The entire order, including the design fee, production fee, and shipping fee, must be paid in full before proceeding to production.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the design?

A: We will continue to work with you until you are satisfied with the design. If, after multiple revisions, you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial refund of the design fee, based on the amount of work completed.

Deals and Discounts

Q: How often do you update your deals?

A: Our deals are updated seasonally, for bulk orders, during holidays, or as surprise discounts. Only one deal can be active at a time.

Q: Can I use multiple discounts at once?

A: No, only one discount can be applied per order.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: You can create an account by clicking the ‘Login’ button on our website and filling in your details. Account holders receive 10% off their first order and can save order history and addresses for faster checkout.
